
I have created several different types of Pilates training sessions because not every body is created equally, nor are your fitness goals and needs. This is not a one size fits all exercise program.
You can choose an overall body conditioning program that will build strength, stamina and flexibility, a weight loss program designed to burn maximum calories and keep your heart rate up to burn fat, a Pilates program designed specifically for the golfer or athlete or a program designed for those with special needs such as pre and post natal, pre-existing medical conditions or rehabbing pre-existing muscle, bone or joint injuries or disorders. There is also the option for a 30 or 55 min stretching session.
Anyone new to Pilates will need to take a minimum of three private sessions so I can get to know your strengths and weaknesses, as well as have you learn the basic body mechanics, verbal instructions and exercises needed for a smooth workout.
